The Grooming Theatre features a large-screen T.V. - nearly 90 inches wide - that airs sporting events and movies while the guys enjoy hand and foot treatments. Three private, full-service rooms boast customizable music and private locker rooms. Services include massages, facials and body wraps.

In wine country, what makes better sense than vinotherapy? Grapes in general (and the mulch which is incorporated into these spa treatments) are full of antioxidants called polyphenols that many maintain are 10,000 times stronger and 50 times more healing than vitamin E.
Grape seed oil contains ologonomeric promanthoscyanidins (PCO’s), another power antioxidant which can greatly reduce the damage produced by free radicals, strengthen and repair connective tissue, and promote healthy, glowing skin at a cellular level.
With that in mind, White Oaks Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario has developed two signature treatments a la grape. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a two hour drive west of Toronto near Niagara Falls.
