Québec City is known for it's art and culture as well as the world famous Winter Carnival and the Chateau Frontenac Hotel that defines the city skyline. Québec City features intriguing architecture and culture reflecting it's French and British roots, and is the only walled city in North America.

Quebec is divided into Upper Town and Lower Town, Upper Town sits on top of the cliffs of Cap Diamant (Cape Diamond) above the Lower Town. The Citadelle, a fort, stands on the highest point of Cap Diamant and overlooks the city.
Château Frontenac leaves a lasting impression on all visitors. Built in 1893 it regins supreme over the city and river providing the background to almost every traveller's photos.
Behind the Château lies the Terrasse Dufferin boardwalk that runs the edges of the cliffs and provides great views over the St Lawrence River.
